My Journey

Five years ago, I found myself lost in a space where life felt heavy and disconnected. For almost a year, I struggled silently with depression, searching for something that could bring me back to myself. During that time, I discovered meditation for the very first time, and slowly, something within me began to shift. Nature, breath, stillness, and silence became my medicine.

That journey eventually led me to yoga — not just as a practice, but as a way of living. Yoga taught me how to reconnect with my body, calm my mind, and open my heart again. It brought love where there was fear, peace where there was chaos, and joy where there was emptiness.

Today, I share this space with the intention of helping others experience the same healing. I truly believe nature heals us in countless ways when we allow ourselves to slow down and listen.
